All donations made to Handmade Hearts Foundation are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
We do not return donations once received, as they are immediately allocated to welfare initiatives.
However, if a donation is made by mistake (such as a duplicate transaction or unintended amount), you may request a refund within 6–7 working days of the transaction.
Verified refund cases will be reviewed and processed to the original payment method within the specified timeframe.
In the event that a scheduled campaign or event is canceled by the foundation, refunds or reallocation of funds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Voluntary cancellations by participants will not be eligible for refunds.
